Restora is a South Florida–based architectural concrete finishes company specializing in the transformation, restoration, and protection of concrete surfaces. Our expertise includes epoxy flooring systems, polished concrete, decorative concrete overlays, microcement, and grind & seal finishes for residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
Founded from a background in architecture and construction, Restora approaches each project with an understanding of materials, design, functionality, and performance. We see concrete as more than a surface to cover—it is an architectural element with the potential to become an integral part of the design.
Material performance is at the core of our work. The coating systems and materials we offer are carefully selected and tested in-house to evaluate their durability, adhesion, appearance, application, and overall performance before they become part of our service portfolio. This hands-on testing allows us to work with high-quality, professional-grade materials that meet the standards we expect for our projects.
From proper surface preparation to the final finish, every installation is guided by craftsmanship, attention to detail, quality materials, and thoughtful execution. Each system is selected according to the existing substrate, intended use, environmental conditions, and design vision—creating surfaces that are both visually refined and built to perform.
Roccio Gonzalez is the founder of Restora, bringing together 5 years of experience in architecture and more than 7 years in construction. Her interest in materials began during her architectural studies, where hands-on material testing and experimentation developed into a deeper passion for understanding how materials behave, perform, and influence the experience of a space.
That curiosity eventually led her to concrete—a material she had encountered throughout both architecture and construction. Through continued experimentation with concrete, coatings, decorative finishes, and surface systems, Roccio developed the material-driven approach that became the foundation of Restora.
Today, she oversees the company's creative direction, material and system selection, project development, estimating, and execution, combining an architectural perspective with practical construction knowledge to create surfaces that balance design, craftsmanship, and performance.
Kimberly Gonzalez is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and serves as Chief Financial Officer of Restora. She oversees the company's financial operations, budgeting, accounting, financial planning, reporting, and fiscal strategy, helping ensure that Restora's growth is supported by strong financial management and responsible business practices.
Her financial expertise brings an important layer of structure and accountability to the company, supporting everything from day-to-day operations to long-term planning. Working alongside Restora's project and operational teams, Kimberly helps maintain the financial foundation necessary for the company to grow while continuing to deliver reliable, professionally managed projects.
